These terms govern your use of the JOMJENS Mental Health Care Service website and services. By making a referral, booking an appointment or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Not for emergencies

Our service is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (999 in the UK, 911 in the US, 112 in Nigeria) or go to your nearest emergency department. Crisis lines for each country are listed on our urgent help page.

Appointments & payments

Appointments are confirmed once payment is received. Fees are shown before you book. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

Hours of operation

Our operating hours are Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00.
