JOMJENS Mental Health Care Service(“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. If you use our service from outside the UK, including the United States or Nigeria, we apply the same standards of protection to your data and comply with applicable local data protection law.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide through referrals, bookings and contact forms, including your name, contact details, date of birth and information about your health. Health data is special category data and is treated with additional care.
How we use your data
We use your data to provide mental health care, manage appointments and payments, and communicate with you about your care. We process health data on the basis of explicit consent and for the provision of health care.
Data security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full card details on our systems.
