What Is a Brief Intervention?
A short-term, focused approach to help you initiate change and address risk factors. Here's what to expect.
Brief Intervention is a short-term, focused piece of work designed to help you initiate change and address identified risks or unhealthy behaviours. Delivered over 3–8 sessions, it aims to reduce risk, stabilise your mental state and help you engage in further support if needed.
You don't have to face it alone
If you're struggling, a referral is the first step to a personalised assessment with our clinical team.
